Trust serious and professional companies!
VTKFUL boasts thirty years of experience in the field of pollutant abatement in gaseous emissions into the atmosphere with treatment and filtration systems. This long experience has allowed us to appreciate innovations in soot abatement systems, with high soot abatement efficiency of up to 100% and certainly advantageous in terms of cost-effectiveness.

We recommend avoiding unskilled manufacturers and installers, as you will still be exposed to the risk of administrative and criminal penalties.
Soot abatement systems are certified and fully functional, recognized and accepted by national health authorities.

We are present on the official portal of ICE - Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies.
Our soot scrubbers treat air volumes from wood-fired ovens used for baking pizza, bread, and other foods. Our soot scrubbers are used to reduce carbon particles (soot) and unburned materials present in fumes emitted by industrial kitchens, etc., with excellent efficiency, as documented by tests conducted by certified laboratories, achieving full and absolute compliance with the strictest regulations in force in Italy and Europe.
The soot scrubbers we use comply with legal regulations, with values significantly below the thresholds set by the Local Health Authorities (AUSL) and other regulatory bodies.
Our soot scrubbers are patented devices designed to address all atmospheric emission issues, regardless of their type, with extremely high efficiency thanks to their innovative operation. Furthermore, our soot scrubbers consume 80 to 90% less energy than other models currently on the market.
The compact size of our soot scrubbers facilitates installation, allowing us to address and solve atmospheric emissions problems that are unattainable with traditional commercial systems. These systems, for the same treated volume, are much larger and more expensive. This allows us to address new abatement needs without making the initial investment obsolete or inadequate, allowing, with this flexibility, significant cost savings. Our soot scrubbers also allow for energy recovery of the heat contained in the emission source. Our soot scrubbers have the lowest investment and operating costs of any soot scrubber currently available. Their compact size, low installed power, and high air treatment capacity, along with the absence of costly civil engineering work for installation, allow them to be used in any industrial or residential application at costs unmatched by other commercial systems.

Our soot scrubbers have, by far, the lowest investment and operating costs of any soot scrubber currently available. Indeed, their compact size, low installed electrical power, and extremely high air treatment capacity, along with the absence of costly civil engineering work for their installation, allow them to be used in any industrial or residential application at costs unmatched by other commercial systems.
The operating principle is based on the Scubber/Venturi process. The pollutant type addressed by the soot abatement system is the typical emissions from cooking systems that use wood or biomass as fuel, particularly wood-fired ovens for pizzerias, bakeries, asados, grills, rotisseries, industrial wood-fired stoves, pellet stoves, etc.
Another area of application for our soot removers is the filtration of emissions from the combustion of virgin wood (chips or pieces), sawmill waste, carpentry and joinery waste, construction waste, old wood (furniture, packaging, sawdust, shavings, etc.), and pellets.
Our abatement process exploits the physical and mechanical properties of fluids and gases. By maximizing the fluid/pollutant contact surface, thanks to optimized reaction and contact times, speeds, and pressure levels, we reduce dust, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, ammonia, phenols, and other molecules associated with combustion processes.
Our soot abatement systems can be easily sized to achieve the desired targets. Appropriate system sizing ensures compliance with legal limits.
Compliance with legal requirements for atmospheric emissions.
Compliance with requirements for obtaining process and environmental quality certifications, resolution of existing or potential issues related to disputes with neighboring properties caused by odors, dust, and soot.
